Spring Harvest WA grew from a simple idea: bringing people together to make a difference.

Following the success of a fundraising event supporting the Ascot Rotary Satellite Club and its partnership with OzHarvest to help fund a food rescue van for Western Australia's South West, founder Stewart Bermann saw an opportunity to create something lasting.
 

With more than 30 years in the hospitality industry, Stewart had long been passionate about giving back to the community. He believed that by combining his event experience, industry connections, and love of bringing people together, he could help support local charities that often don't receive the recognition or funding they deserve.
 

After many conversations, plenty of planning, and more than a few late nights, Spring Harvest Charity Ltd was established, with the annual Spring Harvest WA event becoming its flagship fundraiser.
 

In 2025, Spring Harvest Charity proudly hosted its first official Spring Harvest WA event. The response from the community, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters was overwhelming and confirmed that there was a place for an event built around connection, generosity, and local impact.
 

Today, Spring Harvest WA continues to grow with a simple goal: supporting Western Australian charities, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities for people to come together and make a meaningful difference.
 

For Stewart, it's about more than a single event. It's about building a legacy of community, compassion, and lasting impact across Western Australia.
